Hotels, New Construction
“Wojan” M-85 Fixed windows and ventilators, “EFCO” Storefronts, Entrances, “PPG” Low-e Glass, “SAPA” sliding shower enclosures, and Mirror work interiors. Projects were enclosed primarily in winter conditions in record time allowing for continued progression inside without work stoppage. The projects encountered some contractor obstacles along the way slowing progress but never yielding final turnover date. This required compressed schedules near the end, where we pulled together a larger team and some creativity to close out on time with only a small punch list allowing the hotels to open on time. We have earned a position with the contractor as a valued team member and have been asked to provide subsequent projects.
