“EFCO” Curtain-walls, Storefronts, Entrances, “Wojan” 953 Hung windows, “PPG” Low-e Glass, “American” Swing Shower Enclosures. Mirror work at Interior. Project had multiple design and site issues for all trades, reduced run out schedule due to site problems on predecessor trades, Multiple Change orders, winter conditions, tight site spaces in Downtown Ann Arbor, Limited lift and elevator times, and many interface challenges with other scope substrates. End result….on time turnover, on budget, with minimal punch list. Owners were extremely happy and in turn we were invited to come back for subsequent projects on site even after the construction manager was competed.
