This project is IAV Automotive in Plymouth Twp., Michigan completed in ‘2009. A masterpiece with custom sun shades, Curtain-wall facades, custom entrances allowing for Cars to be move in and out of the Lobby area, A custom suspended glass and aluminum canopy over the main entrance area, with custom made stainless support rods, and a special scupper system capable of channeling away the water caught on the top (These were conceived, designed by and built by DM&G.

This unique building was a Stick Structure Design: by MNP Building Products, a division of Menards. It was the first of its kind and we added the curtain-wall envelope and Dark grey and Low-e glass. The result……a fully functional Race team featuring “Menards – Sprint Cup” race teams, cars and machine shop capabilities.
