Roseville Public Schools (Elementary, new build) “EFCO” Curtain-walls, and Entrances, “Special-Lite” Specialty entrances, Special “PPG” Grey with Low-e Glass. Project had Tight Schedules, Design Changes on the go, winter conditions along the way, and Interface challenges with other scopes. End result…..perfection and on time turnover with minimal punch list ready for school year to begin (owners delighted with end result).

Student Center, Window Renovation
“EFCO” Curtain-walls, Storefronts, Entrances, Windows, “PPG” Bronze and Low-e Glass. Worked directly with the owner to work through details of the project and establish working schedule to provide minimal disruption of the campus and surrounding occupants. Needed to provide special care of grounds and existing conditions so as to not disrupt completed or previously finished areas. Project was a great success and provided on time with minimal disruption to the campus or student populous.
